Role: Intermediate UX Designer (Remote)Overview

- Location: Remote (Home Address: Dallas-Fort Worth area preferred)
- Duration: Contract (Estimated 4168 total hours)
- Schedule: 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities- Product Delivery: Navigate the entire work stream from discovery through delivery creating high-fidelity design solutions and end-to-end member experiences.
- Collaboration: Facilitate design sessions and collaborate within high-performing cross-organizational teams to define business problems and design requirements.
- Prototyping & Design: Generate ideas and create prototypes in a fast-paced environment to enhance Member experiences.
- Research Synthesis: Participate in research efforts and synthesize findings to apply them directly throughout the design process.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Potentially contribute across several design teams applied to different products within a complex large-scale program.
Technical Skills & Tools- Human-Centered Design: Ability to apply HCD principles and methods to create effective user-aligned solutions (3 years preferred).
- Facilitation & Collaboration: Skilled in leading cross-functional sessions and building consensus among diverse groups (3 years preferred).
- Platform Design: Experience designing interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS Android) including knowledge of mobile patterns and information architecture (3 years preferred).
- Primary Technology Tools:
- Figma: Must be proficient in advanced features such as Auto Layout.
- Design Language Systems (DLS): Experience leveraging established design systems.
- Remote Testing: Familiarity with tools like Maze for user testing.
Candidate Qualifications- Experience: Minimum of four years in Product Design or UX Design.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing relevant digital design experience is strictly required.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication facilitation and problem-solving skills to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
- Research Note: While proficiency in executing design research is not required the ability to synthesize and apply findings is essential.
