Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create user journeys personas wireframes and prototypes.
Design intuitive and user-friendly workflows to enhance user satisfaction.
Develop visually compelling UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
Ensure responsive and accessible design across web and mobile platforms.
Work closely with Product Managers Developers and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
Contribute to and maintain design systems style guides and UI components.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Stay up to date with UI/UX trends tools and best practices; advocate for user-centered design principles.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles interaction design information architecture responsive and accessible design.
Experience with wireframing prototyping and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
