Sales Manager
ABB is a global market leader in automation and lowvoltage drives. To strengthen our team we are looking for a Sales Specialist who is energized by technology commercial work and customer interaction and who wants to further grow the presence of our Drives & PLC solutions in the market.
This role offers a high level of freedom variety and responsibility within a professional experienced and closeknit team.
About the role
As an Account Manager Drives Products you are responsible for selling lowvoltage drives (LV Drives) and PLCs to system integrators and OEM customers across various industrial sectors. You build strong relationships identify market opportunities and translate technical challenges into concrete solutions.
What you will do
- Manage and develop your own customer portfolio within Industry and OEM.
- Sell ABB drives and PLC solutions that support customers in automation optimization and sustainability.
- Follow up on leads build longterm relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with technical specialists product management and fellow sales colleagues.
- Translate technical applications into commercial opportunities.
- Identify market trends and discuss these with your team to grow together.
- Come to the office regularly for meetings knowledge sharing and team sessions.

Your profile
You will be successful in this role if you:
- Have a bachelorlevel working/thinking background; electrical engineering is a strong plus.
- Bring at least 3 years of sales experience in the electrical engineering sector.
- Have electrical engineering knowledge (required).
- Have knowledge of drives or PLCs or are eager to learn quickly.
- Understand how technical applications operate in industrial environments.
- Work independently but enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
- Are decisive communicate honestly and get energy from customer contact.
- Communicate well in Dutch and English.
