Role Summary
TheSenior Associate Treasurysupports Treasuryfunction by executing day-to-day treasury operations and analysis helping ensure effectiveliquidity management cash forecasting banking operations and financial risk managementin a large fast-paced telecommunications environment.
The role partners closely withAccounting FP&A Tax and external banking partners supporting treasury activities related tohigh-volume customer cash flows digital payment channels debt servicing and capital structure management.
Key Responsibilities
Support dailycash positioning liquidity monitoring and short-term cash forecastingacross multiple bank accounts and legal entities.
Execute and monitorcash movements funding activities and intercompany transfers.
Assist withdebt interest and fee-related activities including payment processing and tracking covenant compliance.
Supportbank account administration including account openings/closures signatory maintenance and documentation.
Prepare treasury-relatedjournal entries reconciliations and supporting schedulesin coordination with Accounting.
Supportmonth-end and quarter-end closeactivities related to cash debt and treasury balances.
Assist withhedging FX and interest rate risk activities including tracking settlements and documentation.
Supporttreasury systems and tools including TMS ERP and banking platforms.
Respond to audit requests and supportSOX and internal control requirementsrelated to treasury processes.
Partner with FP&A Accounting Tax and external banks to resolve issues and support treasury initiatives.
Maintain accuratedocumentation procedures and control evidence and contribute to process improvements and automation.
Required Qualifications
46 years of experience inTreasury Accounting or Finance operations.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
Strong understanding ofcash management banking operations and financial instruments.
Experience withERP systems and Treasury Management Systems (TMS)preferred.
Strong proficiency inExcel; experience with data analytics tools a plus.
Experience supportingmonth-endclose reconciliations and audit activities.
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience intelecom technology or large enterprise environmentspreferred.
