- Ability to interpret industrial layouts machine footprints pipe routes and equipment arrangements in point clouds

| Technical Skills: | - Practical experience with Revit Navisworks Manage (clash/visual check) Dynamo Player and ReCap (basic).
- Understanding of room/area workflows Revit shared parameters and LOD guidelines.
- Knowledge of sheet checks tag validations and family standards.

| Key Responsibilities | Model Quality Checks - Perform routine checks on Revit models for naming conventions parameter completeness family usage and workset compliance.
- Verify that modeled geometry (walls floors steel ducts pipes equipment) aligns accurately with the Point Cloud.
LOD Verification - Review discipline-wise elements for LOD 300/350 readiness.
- Confirm hangers supports and steel detailing meet project requirements.
Coordinate System Validation: Check the correct implementation of Shared Coordinates Survey Points Base Points Axis A 0 alignment. Automation Support - Run Dynamo QC scripts (attribute audits naming tests area checks).
- Validate script outputs and flag inconsistencies in SAP RE FX fields and area boundaries.
Export & Interoperability QC - Validate IFC DWG and JSON exports for correct MVD selection layer mapping and required parameters.
- Verify Rooms Areas space boundaries and attribute mapping before export.
Reporting & Documentation - Prepare QC reports and submit issues to BIM Coordinators and the QA/QC Lead.
- Track defect closure and maintain records of audits.
