In this role youll embed with the team working on crafting language for product-led growth and usage efforts within generative AI technology. We are working on projects that help people consume comprehend create and collaborate on documents in new ways. Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit microcopy and other interface content across the organization.
• Execute the content strategy across usage acquisition monetization retention and engagement
• Embed with and serve as a close partner to Document Cloud design and product teams
• Collaborate closely with designers researchers product managers lawyers marketers and other partners
• Bring clarity consistency and quality to the way we design for our users across products and surfaces
• Champion an inclusive accessible user-focused perspective while also considering business needs and priorities
• Connect the dots across multiple initiatives in Document Cloud

Required Skills & Experience

• Exceptional writing communication and storytelling skills and a sharp attention to detail
• A proven track record for tactically writing and designing toward a content strategy
• Comfortable leading UX writing e orts with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborators
• Experience working on growth projects and experimentation and have a passion for working in a fast iterative way
• Ability to present and sell your ideas create coalition and build support
• Systems thinking and the ability to practice UX writing across a sophisticated interconnected product ecosystem
• Knowledge of inclusive accessible content and design practices
• 3 years of experience in UX content strategy content design UX writing or a related eld

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with document management
• Knowledge of localization and internationalization
• Experience in working in a large organization with a diverse set of o erings and customers
