Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (Fedwire NACHA PCI DSS) and internal risk policies.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with senior business leaders product owners and engineering teams to deliver transformation objectives.
Mentorship
Lead and mentor technical teams fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Required Qualifications
12 years of experience in payments technology and operations.
Proven leadership in large-scale payment transformation programs.
Expertise in ISO 20022 migration real-time payments and global clearing/settlement systems.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure GCP) and API frameworks.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in enterprise-level modernization programs.
Experience with AI/ML applications in payments.
Knowledge of blockchain and distributed ledger technologies.
