Associate Director with 11 to 15 years of experience specializing in stakeholder management within Scrum management frameworks
Job Summary
Lead and manage stakeholder engagement to align project objectives with organizational goals Coordinate with Cross functional teams to ensure smooth project execution within scope time and budget Develop and maintain effective communication channels between business and technical teams to foster transparency and collaboration Provide strategic guidance to Scrum teams promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement Monitor project progress and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making Drive initiatives to enhance Agile maturity and Scrum management processes across projects Maintain UpToDate knowledge of industry trends and Agile methodologies to ensure competitive project delivery
Roles and Responsibilities
Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including Product Owners and business technology leaders Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives Identify assess and mitigate risks related to stakeholder engagement and project delivery Provide regular status updates and comprehensive reports to senior leadership and clients Resolve conflicts and issues within Scrum teams to maintain productivity and project momentum Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and project teams to enhance Agile capabilities and team performance.
