Job Summary

Title: Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: Plano TX (Onsite)

Job Description:

Architect and design scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.
Translate complex business needs into effective IT solutions and strategic roadmaps.
Guide cross-functional teams through design development and deployment phases ensuring architecture compliance and high-quality delivery.
Oversee data modeling migration multi-cloud integration (Sales Service Marketing Cloud) declarative automation and environment management.
Promote architecture governance communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and ensure thorough documentation and testing protocols.
Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
Experience in architecture consulting engagements as well as experience in submitting proactive proposals to grow the business.

Essential Skills:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
8-10 years of Solutions Architecture experience
5 years of experience in Salesforce Architecture
Proven hands-on experience with data modeling migration multi-cloud integration (Sales Service Marketing Cloud)
Proficiency with Salesforce technologies (APEX Visualforce Lightning/LWC ).
Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship across all phases of the project lifecycle
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and partners.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in driving continuous improvement including design and standardization of process and methodologies.
Experience assessing feasibility complexity and scope of new capabilities and solutions.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders/teams (architecture and infrastructure delivery teams) to ensure consistent solution design and integration.
