Lead Agile at Mission Scale
We are partnering with a top-tier national security program to identify a Solution Train Engineer (STE) who can operate at the highest levels of scale complexity and mission impact.
This is a high-visibility leadership role supporting a large multi-ART SAFe environment driving critical capabilities across a nationally significant system.
You wont just facilitate Agileyou will orchestrate execution across Solution Train ARTs influence leadership and ensure delivery across a complex high-stakes ecosystem.

What Youll Be Doing
- Lead Solution Train and ART execution using SAFe
- Facilitate PI Planning Solution Train events and cross-team coordination
- Partner with RTEs Product Engineering and Government stakeholders
- Track delivery across features capabilities and program metrics
- Identify and resolve program-level impediments and bottlenecks
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
- Support DevOps-driven delivery environments
What You Bring
- TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly (MD customer REQUIRED non-negotiable)
- 7 years leading large-scale Agile programs or teams
- Proven experience as:
- Solution Train Engineer (STE) OR
- Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Deep expertise in SAFe frameworks and Agile delivery
- Strong experience in:
- PI Planning
- Scrum of Scrums
- Agile metrics and program execution
- Ability to communicate across technical teams and senior stakeholders
