Position SummaryThe Clinical Placement Coordinator (CPC) is is responsible for overseeing the overall clinical placement operations/processes (planning developing coordinating and maintaining) of the MSN and FNP/DNP programs for the Dr. Susan L. Davis RN & Richard J. Henley College of Nursing.**This is a staff campus-based position. This is not a faculty position.**Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesSecure clinical placements and practice and implement strategies to secure placements and Advanced Practice Nursing Clinical Partnership Manager on potential partnership leads & an updated preceptor database for each relevant reminders to students regarding deadline regarding program needs with the Program Directors and Assistant Program with the Clinical Contract and Compliance Coordinator on securing affiliation agreements for and maintain accurate student records and and support utilization of E*Value with the Clinical Placement Program Assistant to help facilitate payroll stipends for with students regarding clinical changes and/or clinical geographical the clinical agency preceptor and clinical faculty of any students need to delay or interrupt revise and update forms as needed that are used to communicate with agencies and students with clinical onboarding for their upcoming Preceptor Thank You & Attestation to the Clinical Placement Compliance Coordinator & other Clinical Placement Coordinator tasks are performed as assigned by the Program Skills Abilities & Other AttributesBachelors degree required. A health-related major is knowledge of the health care initiative and ability to self-organize within established time management and organizational skills and attention to communication skills including writing speaking and oral to demonstrate proficiency with relevant software applications: Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Teams).Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at a to confidentiality and security requirements policies and Working ConditionsRegular work schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; however the candidate must be willing and available to work additional hours as needed to meet departmental demands during peak periods.
