DESCRIPTION:
Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Customer Experience Specialist I where youll contribute to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier cleaner and safer. Youll serve as a liaison between customers sales teams and operations managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process with a focus on building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a customer advocate youll process and monitor orders troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Youll analyze data create reports and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service quality. REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree required
Preferred Fields of Study: Business Life Sciences Chemistry or related field
Additional certifications in customer service or project management are beneficial
2 years prior customer service experience
Proficiency in enterprise systems including SAP Oracle Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience in order processing and customer service operations
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of cGMP and quality system standards preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated success in meeting service level agreements and performance metrics
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy
Basic understanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processes
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $41100.00$61650.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
