You will never be responsible for multiple clients at once. When you are with a client you have the time to be present attentive and deliver care the right waywithout rushing from room to room.

What Youll Do
Client & Field Support
- Provide occasional hands-on care in 1:1 client settings
- Observe care delivery and support quality standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and caregivers
- Help ensure care plans are followed with dignity and consistency
Caregiver Support & Leadership
- Serve as a resource and support for caregivers in the field
- Assist with onboarding mentoring and coaching
- Help caregivers feel heard respected and successful
- Communicate concerns and insights to the office team
Office & Care Coordination (With Training)
- Learn scheduling documentation and care coordination processes
- Partner with the office team to support smooth operations
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
