What Youll Do

Client & Field Support

Provide occasional hands-on care in 1:1 client settings
Observe care delivery and support quality standards
Build strong relationships with clients and caregivers
Help ensure care plans are followed with dignity and consistency

Caregiver Support & Leadership

Serve as a resource and support for caregivers in the field
Assist with onboarding mentoring and coaching
Help caregivers feel heard respected and successful
Communicate concerns and insights to the office team

Office & Care Coordination (With Training)

Learn scheduling documentation and care coordination processes
Partner with the office team to support smooth operations
Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
