Job Summary
| POSITION ROLE: SNCO G4/G6 RESPONSIBILITIES: G4: Assist the SQMS as the Materiel Accountant responsible for maintaining Materiel Accounts in accordance with current regulations and procedures (MJDI experience). Incl. issues demands stocktaking & external inspections. G4: Assist in the maintenance of the Unit Armoury and ensure that LIAG has a quantity of serviceable weapons to fulfil its role (SQMS remains custodian of Wpns). G4: Perform the deployed role of Unit Ammunition Storeman IAW current regulations and procedures. G6: Manage the Unit IT account incl. 7767 issues and catalogue procurement. G6: Assist with the preparation of IT equipment (training given upon arrival). This is an automated process but needs some human supervision and management. G6: Assist in the preparation and closure of Technical Tasks as advised by SO1 Enable (issuing kit cleansing eqpt). Gen: Deploy with LIAG in support of ITRs and Technical Training weekends as required. Gen: Carry out any other additional tasks as detailed by the CO SO1 Enable SO2 G4 or SQMS. |
