1负责跟踪并推进区域内MOD战略大客户的框架协议重点是物业类战略客户的开发
2能够运用销售系统管理工具和相关财务报表等管理工具定期回顾分公司销售目标并进行针对性行动计划的制定落实推进和跟踪
3与区域内部维修保养团队充分合作推动公司品牌电梯的潜在更新改造销售机会
4完善当地旧楼和旧梯市场信息收集工作收集竞争对手情况及时反馈到总部推进总部产品和政策优化
5对更新改造业务的的销售谈判提供足够必要的支持
6推进区域内改造新产品Commercial 项目以及改造包的销售
7审阅更新改造合同评估并确保更新改造合同的各条款能够被满足最大限度地降低所辖区域营运风险
8根据业务合同的相关条款协助分公司协调跟踪排产发运完工与收款
