Job Title:BC/BE Hematology/Oncology Physician

Job Summary:We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a well-established community-based cancer treatment facility located near Lexington Kentucky. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals within a multispecialty group that is renowned for providing high-quality cancer care to the local community and is poised for growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose treat and manage a wide range of hematologic and oncologic conditions in adult patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform and oversee chemotherapy treatments ensuring patient safety and effective management of side effects.
- Utilize advanced technology and techniques such as CT Simulation Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) and Three-Dimensional Treatment Planning for comprehensive cancer care.
- Work closely with other specialists and allied healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care including participation in case discussions and tumor board meetings.
- Maintain accurate thorough patient records and ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in all patient interactions and documentation.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree with a completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology.
- Valid Kentucky medical license or eligibility for licensure in Kentucky.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality compassionate patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach to care.
