Job Summary
Northwestern Medicine Health Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in South Elgin IL located in the western suburbs of Chicago.
As an Internal Medicine physician in our practice you will provide exceptional patient-centered care and manage a wide range of chronic diseases complex conditions and specialized care for adult patients. Highlights:
- Join a team of 4 established Internal Medicine Providers
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am 5pm with a flexible schedule
- Call responsibilities: Q10 shared and rotated
- Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
- Advance practice provider nurse and medical assistant support
- Access to a comprehensive network of NM Specialists and state-of-the-art facilities
- Hospital privileges at NM Delnor Hospital
- EPIC electronic health system
Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital is an acute-care hospital in Geneva Illinois. Delnor Hospital was the first hospital in Illinois to earn nursing Magnet status from the American Nurses Credentialing Center the nations highest recognition for patient care and nursing excellence. The hospital is also home to a state-of-the-art cancer center.
Qualifications :
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted IL license
