GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute a global Automotive strategic client development roadmap aligned to corporate revenue and profitability objectives.
- Identify pursue and close complex multinational automotive opportunities.
- Own global pipeline development and strategic account expansion within the Automotive vertical.
- Engage directly with C-suite procurement and supply chain executives at global automotive clients.
- Lead global bid strategy and coordinate cross-regional commercial teams.
- Drive structured executive account governance (EBRs strategic roadmaps performance reviews).
- Translate automotive market developments (electrification nearshoring battery logistics JIT/JIS models) into commercial growth initiatives.
- Partner with regional leadership to convert vertical strategy into executable and profitable solutions.
- Provide vertical thought leadership internally and externally.
- Monitor competitive intelligence and market positioning globally.
- Represent the organization at key Automotive industry forums and executive events.
- Ensure commercial governance risk awareness and margin discipline across strategic accounts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- 15 years senior leadership experience in global logistics supply chain or strategic client development.
- Extensive experience within Automotive supply chains (OEM Tier 1 Tier 2 EV).
- Proven record of delivering significant revenue and margin growth.
- Strong executive negotiation capability across jurisdictions.
- Experience operating within matrixed multinational organizations.
- Commercially disciplined with strong risk awareness.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills at board and executive level.
- High intercultural competence.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree required (Business Logistics Supply Chain or related field).
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Business development experience focused on sales and acquisitions
