Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Participate in Distribution Risk and Control activities including quality assurance control monitoring and risk management through close collaboration with Distribution Compliance and Internal Audit teams:

  • Develop monitor and analyze risk and quality metrics; escalate findings with valueadded recommendations supported by analytical insights for both business and operations.

  • Design contribute to and implement effective controls to minimize fraud risk and sales misconduct covering identification impact assessment and corrective and/or disciplinary actions to raise conduct standards.

  • Act as a first-line responder for risk management incident management and internal control matters including reporting and coordination activities.

  • Oversee advise on and promote quality initiatives across Distribution by partnering with relevant process owners during the design modification and streamlining of processes and controls.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Compliance Risk and Internal Audit to support the implementation of guidelines frameworks processes and controls that meet internal local and global regulatory and policy requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree preferably in Accounting Finance Operational Risk or a related.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in internal audit control risk management compliance quality assurance or financial services consulting preferably within the insurance industry.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and people management skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts proposed solutions and outcomes through effective verbal and written communication.

  • Proven experience in planning organizing leadership and change management.

  • Proficiency in English with strong verbal written and listening communication skills.

  • Demonstrated aptitude in data analytics and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Results-oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects effectively.

  • Self-driven and capable of achieving objectives with minimal managerial oversight.

  • Strong business judgment with the ability to assess issue severity and develop practical valueadded recommendations.
