Key Responsibilities:

- Lead digital and online marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM social media marketing paid ads and influencer collaborations to maximize reach and conversion.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across online offline and e-commerce channels ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Drive e-commerce marketing activities including promotional campaigns digital content optimization and partnership development with online platforms.
- Oversee content creation campaign execution and performance tracking to ensure measurable business impact.
- Conduct market and consumer research analyze digital trends and identify new growth opportunities in online and retail markets.
- Manage marketing budgets evaluate ROI and optimize campaigns for higher efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Product and Operations) to align marketing efforts with business goals and new product launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within entertainment publishing e-commerce retail or FMCG industries.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing online campaigns and e-commerce strategy.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent analytical communication and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in English.
