Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility strengthen market positioning and drive customer engagement and sales growth.
Lead digital and online marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM social media marketing paid ads and influencer collaborations to maximize reach and conversion.
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across online offline and e-commerce channels ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Drive e-commerce marketing activities including promotional campaigns digital content optimization and partnership development with online platforms.
Oversee content creation campaign execution and performance tracking to ensure measurable business impact.
Conduct market and consumer research analyze digital trends and identify new growth opportunities in online and retail markets.
Manage marketing budgets evaluate ROI and optimize campaigns for higher efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Product and Operations) to align marketing efforts with business goals and new product launches.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within entertainment publishing e-commerce retail or FMCG industries.
Proven expertise in digital marketing online campaigns and e-commerce strategy.
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Excellent analytical communication and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Proficient in English.
