About the Role
As the Entertainment Manager you will be responsible for the overall management planning and execution of the resorts entertainment programmes ensuring memorable guest experiences while maintaining RIU Brand standards.
You will lead and play a critical role during the pre-opening phase and the long-term success of the resort.
What Youll Do
Lead and manage all Entertainment operations including daytime activities and evening shows live performances and special events.
Plan coordinate and execute entertainment programmes in line with RIU brand standards.
Recruit train coach a diverse and talented entertainment team.
Ensure high guest satisfaction through engaging safe and inclusive entertainment experiences.
Handle guest complaints and timely providing feedback and resolutions.
Play a key role in pre-opening activities and staff training programmes.
What Were Looking For
Experience: Minimum 47 years of experience in Performance Art and/or Entertainment operations with at least 3 years in a similar role in a star class hotel or resort.
Skills: Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a versatile team. Excellent guest service orientation extraordinary communication skills.
Education/Certifications: Degree or a diploma in Hospitality Management Performance Arts Events Management or a related field.
Other Requirements: Strong command of English (spoken and written) is essential. Proficiency in Thai would be a definite advantage.
