We currently have an opportunity for a Part-time Trade Cook. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in preparing nutritious appealing and high-quality meals for patients at Bendigo Hospital as part of our Spotless Food Safety Program. Reporting to the Executive Chef youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
Set schedule: Monday to Friday 6:30 AM 2:30 PM enjoy a predictable schedule while working in a dynamic hospital kitchen.
Preparing cooking and serving meals in line with dietary requirements and food safety standards.
Ensuring compliance with Spotless Food Safety Program and HACCP guidelines.
Maintaining a clean safe and organised kitchen environment.
Collaborating with kitchen staff and hospital teams to meet patient needs.
Assisting in menu planning and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification.
Proven experience working in a large-scale or commercial kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards HACCP and allergen management.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
Excellent teamwork communication and time management skills.
