- Candidates considered for Halloween Horror Nights must be available for ALL event nights. Requests for time off will be evaluated by the Hiring Managers and may impact employment decisions. Candidates must be comfortable working both second and third shift schedules with some start times as early as 12pm and ending as late as 3am.
- Candidates considered for Universals Holiday Parade and Grinchmas must have flexible availability starting approximately September 2026 through early January 2027 including all major holidays. Must be comfortable working during regular park hours.
- Candidates considered for Mardi Gras 2027 must have flexible availability starting approximately January 2027 through April 2027. Must be comfortable working during regular park hours.

JOB SUMMARY:
Provide assistance and support to Stage Managers and Assistant Stage Managers for Marquee events including coordination of event documentation event operations and talent for the assigned Marquee Events. Position includes day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. They will have knowledge of the assigned entertainment venues operations talent and tech as well as the ability to address concerns and properly disseminate information to the appropriate team member(s).
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executes the operational tasks for assigned Entertainment venues during Marquee Events. Tasks may include signing in/out cast monitoring daily performances communicating with Entertainment partners and providing feedback for the daily FYI.
- Communicate issues and identify solutions with Stage Manager/Assistant Stage Manager. Ability to effectively process information and make decisions in a fast paced environment.
- Assist Stage Manager/Assistant Stage Manager with the development and modification of event documentation schedules and entertainment talent grids as assigned.
- Monitor venue operations in order to ensure that all aspects are in compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by all Entertainment Production SOPs talent contracts process guidelines and event documentation.
- Resolve service challenges for internal and external guests and partner with other divisions as needed to ensure a positive experience for all of Universal Orlandos guests.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- High school degree or GED required.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 to 3 years experience in hospitality and/or event planning required.
- 1 to 3 years leadership experience within the professional Entertainment or theme park industry preferred.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Ability to utilize Microsoft office including Outlook Word Excel.
- Ability to read analyze and interpret data and Excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
