Answer inbound customer calls and set sales appointments
Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email scripts and templates
Provide customers with initial vehicle and product information
Present initial financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with leads that are not appointment-ready or who have no-showed
Maintain accurate daily activity in the CRM system
Participate in team meetings and process development sessions
Work collaboratively with sales teams and dealership leadership to deliver an excellent customer experience
At least one year of customer service experience (AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS PREFERRED)
Strong communication and people skills
Positive hardworking and professional attitude
Prompt courteous and dependable
Comfortable with computers and CRM systems
Team-oriented with a desire to learn and improve
