About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilledTop Talent Program Manager for our R&Dto define implement and oversee all development processes within our organization. This role will be responsible for establishing best practices managing Agile methodologies selecting and integrating management and observability tools and ensuring the smooth operation of R&D workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management Agile methodologies and technical tool management.
Key Responsibilities
Define and managedevelopment processes including Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Establish and optimizesprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
Select implement and overseemanagement and observability toolssuch as Jira Confluence and monitoring platforms.
Ensure proper tracking and reporting of development progress risks and key performance indicators.
Collaborate with engineering managers and product teams to align development activities with business objectives ensuring efficient resource allocation and capacity planning.
Driveprocess standardizationand continuous improvement across R&D teams.
Foster a culture of continuous learning improvement and Agile best practices.
Provide training and support for teams inAgile methodologies tool usage and workflow best practices.
Collaborate with mobile development teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure compliance with Apple and Google publishing regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
5 years of experience in R&D process management Agile coaching or software development project management.
Strong experience inAgile methodologies(Scrum Kanban SAFe etc.).
Deep knowledge ofJira Confluence and observability tools.
Proven ability to establish and scale development processes.
Strong leadership facilitation and communication skills.
Experience incross-functional collaborationbetween engineering product and management.
Ability to analyze development efficiency and optimize workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification inScrum Master (CSM) SAFe PMP or Agile coaching.
Experience working infast-paced high-growth R&D environments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and engineering tooling.
