Summary
The Financial Analystwillbe responsible foranalyzing financial data and other operating information toassistthe Datacenter Physical Security Global Finance Manager in achieving global financial targetsfor a multi $100M security service budget that spans across 30 finance functions include budget management forecasting invoice and expense reportprocessingand cost analysis to support new initiatives costoptimizationsand new budget scenario Financial Analystwillutilizetheiradvanceknowledge of the account to driveprocess improvementclienttransparencyandfinancialbest practicesacross the programwith an expectation for accuracy diligence and error-free work.
Essential Functions
Drivesdevelopment of the annualbudget;partners withGlobal Finance Manager in monitoring progress against financial and businessobjectivesthroughout the year.
Preparebuildand audit annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Executeend to endinvoice processing for the client in support of global Securitas branches and affiliate business partners ensuring proper audit guardrails are in place toeliminateerrors.
Reports analyzes and interprets financial and operating data including cost analysis profitability analysis regional performance assessmentscontractspricing and wage analysis and other ad-hoc analysis as directed.
Interpret andexaminecomplexfinancial data tomonitorand report onprogressof the account.
Analyzes records of present and past operationstrendsand costsestimatedand realized revenues administrative commitments and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses.
Supports the developmentinteralreporting requirements and key performance indicators
Responsible for buildingstrongrelationships withSecuritasbranchesto ensure compliance withinvoiceandforecastingaccuracy expectations.
Analyzes operational and financial indicators to continuously improve performance; ensures profitable operations.
Ensuredepartment budgetis managed appropriatelyin collaboration with Management.
Identifiesproposesand implements processimprovement opportunities inthe monthlyinvoicesprocess annual budgetprocessand quarterly reforecast process.
Manage expense report reconciliation and audit process for HQ team.
Evaluate financial informationcompareassumptions draw conclusions presentfindingsand make recommendations to management to continually add value and efficiency to the overall client contract.
Identifyrisks and opportunities to the business by understanding actual results and changes in the external and internal environment through analysis of trends.
Lead investigations into discrepancies andanticipateand solve issues before they are escalated.
Fostersproductive working relationships with all levels within and outside of the organization.
Developadvancedfinancial models to be used for evaluation of business cases and scenarios.
Document work products to ensure business continuity for the finance program including but not limited to meeting notes audit efforts quality control efforts jobaidsand process guides.
Meticulouslypreparesbusiness meetings by creating agendas support files and any other relevant documentation before the meeting takes place.
Special Projects on an as needed basis.

MinimumQUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY
Additionalqualifications may be specified and receive preference depending upon the nature of the position.
Minimum Hiring Standards
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable means of communication such as cellphone.
Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
Must have the legal right to work in theUnited States.
Must have the ability to speak read and write English.
Must have a high school diploma secondary education equivalent or GED.
Must be willing toparticipatein the Companys pre-employment screening process including drugscreenand background investigation.
Education/Experience
Bachelorsdegree;or five or more years of progressively responsible finance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job asdeterminedby the company.
5 years experience infinancial planning and analysis (FP&A)in an operations environment with multiple business lines.
Super userinMicrosoft Office Suite.
Special Requirements
Have a current passport or be able to obtain one.
Able to travel (internationalordomestic asrequired)approximately15% of the timeor more occasionally withlimited notice.
Able to work evening or weekend hours whenrequired such as during an emergency orhigh-priorityevent.
