Job Overview

As a General Laborer you will help other team members with fabrication and welding operating machinery deliveries and maintenance and shop chores. This General Laborer role supports production shop operations and safety efforts while working in an industrial environment. The General Laborer position requires a strong work ethic and willingness to learn tools and equipment used in fabrication and manufacturing.

Must Have Qualifications

Previous experience working an industrial construction or general labor job
Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing
Able to follow all safety procedures

Key Responsibilities

The General Laborer role includes the following duties:

Clean and maintain a safe work environment
Abide by standard work procedures and job safety standards
Meet quality expectations for all output produced
Perform manual tasks in varying temperatures including lifting climbing standing squatting and bending
Willing to learn how to use grinders cranes forklifts plasma cutters and other tools
Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
Additional duties and/or projects as assigned
