Through innovative methods they give products a second life and market them across Europe and globally in partnership with leading telecom operators distributors and e-commerce platforms.

About the Job

The Customer Support Agent will be the first point of contact for customers primarily through written channels (emails) and occasionally by phone. You will resolve customer issues and answer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring contentious cases ensuring customer satisfaction improving communication flows and supporting the Country Manager with managing trade-in bonus campaigns and other administrative tasks.


Requirements

Profile Requirements

  • 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in customer support.
  • Fluent Dutch and English speaker. French proficiency is a plus.
  • Known for your reliability and adaptability.
  • Strong resilience empathy and excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (G Suite) and adaptable to learning new tools especially AI-powered tools as the company is implementing them internally.
  • Experience with Slack and Zendesk is optional but a great asset.
  • Tech-savvy and interested in embracing new technologies.


Benefits

  • 100% REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM.
  • Weekly Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Overtime: Not applicable.
  • Gross Salary Range:per year including 8% holiday allowance
