Job Summary

  • Key responsibilities - Including but not limited to
o Onboard new customers
o Follow up on renewals
o Encourage upsells and cross-sells
o Build relationships between customers and the support team
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams (Keeping the client posted)
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Networking and handling Senior Executives in Corporates (CxOs Directors Etc.)


Requirements

  • 0 to 3 years of experience.
  • Customer-First Mindset. Relationship Management and Managing Expectations.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Good communication in English & Hindi.
  • Research and presentation skills.
