Founding Sales Development Representative
About the Role: Be the first point of contact for potential customers and make a direct impact on our growth in India Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Shape our sales development function from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads through research outreach and targeted campaigns
Execute personalized cold emails calls and social outreach to decision-makers
Set up high-quality discovery calls and support Account Executives with insights
Track performance metrics and optimize processes to exceed targets
Requirements
Requirements:
2-4 years in Sales Development preferably B2B SaaS or enterprise software
Proven track record of building pipelines and generating qualified leads
Strong communication skills; ability to engage C-level executives
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot) and sales platforms
Familiarity with fintech/financial services/AI technology (plus)
Multilingual abilities in SEA languages like Bahasa (highly valued)
