Job Summary
Designation/Role: Warehouse Manager
Location: Mundka Delhi
Experience: 810 years (Preferably FMCG Warehouse Operations)
Role Objective
To manage end-to-end warehouse operations ensuring efficient storage accurate inventory timely dispatch cost control and compliance with safety and quality standards while leading warehouse teams and coordinating with logistics vendors.
Key Responsibilities
A) Warehouse Operations Management
Oversee daily warehouse activities including inbound storage picking packing and dispatch.
Ensure adherence to SOPs for FMCG handling FIFO/FEFO batch control and damage minimization.
Plan space utilization to optimize storage capacity and operational efficiency.
Ensure timely order fulfillment as per dispatch plans and SLAs.
B) Inventory & System Management (WMS / ERP)
Manage inventory accuracy through ERP/WMS with regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Monitor stock aging expiry slow-moving and dead inventory.
Ensure real-time system updates for GRNs dispatches returns and adjustments.
Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances.
C) Logistics & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with logistics vendors for primary and secondary dispatches.
Negotiate rates manage transporter performance and ensure cost optimization.
Track vehicle placement turnaround time (TAT) PODs and freight billing.
Handle returns damages and claims with transporters and distributors.
D) Team Management & Productivity
Lead and manage warehouse staff (supervisors operators loaders).
Allocate shifts define roles and ensure adequate manpower planning.
Train teams on SOPs safety practices ERP usage and quality standards.
Monitor productivity KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
E) Compliance Safety & Hygiene
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements safety norms and company policies.
Maintain housekeeping pest control and hygiene standards (critical for FMCG).
Conduct regular safety audits tool-box talks and incident reporting.
F) Reporting & Governance
Daily and monthly reporting on stock position dispatch performance losses and costs.
Track warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy OTIF inventory accuracy and damages.

Candidate Profile
810 years of experience in warehouse operations preferably FMCG.
Strong knowledge of WMS / ERP systems and inventory controls.
Proven experience handling logistics vendors and transport operations.
Hands-on experience managing large warehouse teams.
Strong problem-solving planning and execution skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced high-volume environments.
Required Skills:
