- 1. Hands On technical expertise with deep familiarity of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing hardware and platforms
- 2. Strong writing skills for training/user manual creation with attention to detail
- 3. Scenario based & practical teaching style with real use cases
- 4. Ability to translate complex technical terms into plain language
Description
- Coordinate and provide leadership for the planning design development delivery evaluation and support of training programs and materials (including E-learning Module manuals) for Justice Video Network (JVN) technologies
- Deliver required on-site and virtual training to JVN end-users
- Coordinate and assist with development of graphic user interface designs and user acceptance test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
- Training Needs Assessment Analysis and Planning
- Training Design Development and Evaluation
- Training Delivery and Administration
- Business Analysis and User Acceptance Testing
- Reviewing control system graphic user interface based on business requirements
- E-learning interactive modules
- Knowledge of adult education principles/practices such as learning needs assessment program design and development strategies/methods
- Demonstrated experience with software applications including word processing spreadsheets presentation software web-based facilitation tools and practices and eLearning software
- Delivered motivational training to various technology users
- Prepared/delivered reports training and associated communication products
- Experienced in tailoring training delivery methods based on the needs of various user groups
- Experienced with Adobe Captivate
- Familiar with AODA requirements for both interactive e-learning and written manuals.
- At least 5 years of audio and videoconferencing technology experience
- At least 10 years of adult training experience

- Experience and familiarity with audio and video technology including cameras displays microphones audio amplification audio and video input and output connectors touch panel controllers

- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear concise and engaging manner.
- Strong presentation skills for delivering training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Active listening skills to understand learner needs and respond appropriately.
- Confident speaking style with appropriate tone and pacing.
- Proficiency in creating training materials guides and documentation that are easy to understand.
- Ability to write clear and professional emails and reports.
