Job Summary

Role Descriptions:

Lead and develop comprehensive test strategies and master test plans for TSYS integrations API and end-to-end flows across the credit-card lifecycle
Design maintain and execute automated test suites focusing on TSYS green screens RESTSOAP APIs via Postman or SoapUI and UI flows (if needed)
Coordinate integration and E2E testing ensuring seamless interactions between TSYS mainframes external systems vendor APIs and databases
Create and manage test artifacts test cases execution logs traceability matrices defect reports and facilitate quality metrics
Handle data preparation and file validations including TS2 batch processes nightly cycles and mainframe files
Lead defect triage with cross-functional teams manage risks and track issues to resolution escalate as needed
Act as the SME for TSYS QA across environments guiding UATPAT coordinating offshoreonshore teams and liaising with vendors and stakeholders
