Job Summary
As a Data Analyst II in HR Analytics at Honeywell you will utilize your expertise in data analysis to generate insights that inform HR decision-making and drive organizational performance. Your role centers around designing and deploying Oracle OTBI reports and dashboards to deliver data-driven insights that enhance HR processes employee engagement and workforce planning. You will be instrumental in identifying trends through advanced report design leading to strategic HR initiatives and improvements.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain reports using Oracle HCMs OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- Partner with HR IT to support FDI (Fusion Data Integration) reporting needs by translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends talent acquisition retention employee engagement and performance
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms
- Stay current on HR analytics trends tools and best practices to continuously elevate the function
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
- Experience with HR systems and data management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Tableau Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree in Business Mathematics Data Analytics or a related field.
- Knowledge of R Python or SQL.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making within HR.
- Experience in workforce planning and analytics.
