ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain reports using Oracle HCMs OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- Partner with HR IT to support FDI (Fusion Data Integration) reporting needs by translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends talent acquisition retention employee engagement and performance
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms
- Stay current on HR analytics trends tools and best practices to continuously elevate the function
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- 3 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
- Experience with HR systems and data management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Tableau Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
