As Service Owner Product Innovation youll be accountable for delivering innovative customer-led service experiences across new-to-market products within Business Transaction Banking. This role sits at the heart of how we identify prioritise and deliver innovation that genuinely improves customer outcomes while remaining commercially sound and operationally viable.
Youll act as the custodian of value owning problem definition prioritisation and roadmap outcomes. Working closely with Product Technology Operations Risk and Compliance youll ensure innovation initiatives move seamlessly from concept through to delivery and continuous improvement.
Leading a cross-functional squad youll shape the service vision and roadmap make informed trade-off decisions and oversee end-to-end delivery across design build test and release. Youll champion customer insights embed strong governance and ensure innovation delivers measurable impact across experience efficiency and growth.
This is a senior role for someone who thrives in ambiguity leads through influence and is passionate about turning bold ideas into scalable real-world outcomes.
