The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Manufacturing Operations in Aurora Ohio is a strategic role responsible for driving HR initiatives and supporting business objectives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position partners with operational leaders to deliver comprehensive HR solutions that foster a high-performance culture ensure compliance and promote employee engagement and development.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to align HR strategies with business goals driving organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity.
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to management and employees regarding employee relations issues conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition onboarding succession planning and workforce development efforts to ensure the site attracts retains and develops top talent.
Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes including goal setting feedback evaluations and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives including process improvements restructuring and cultural transformation ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal state and local employment laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures particularly those relevant to manufacturing operations.
Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with the head of Total Rewards on compensation strategies benefits administration and reward programs tailored to manufacturing workforce needs.
Health & Safety: Partner with Environmental Health & Safety teams to promote a safe work environment and support wellness initiatives.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years as an HRBP supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
Strong knowledge of employment law compliance and best practices in manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence leaders at all levels.
Excellent communication problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision making.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic setting.
This position is located onsite at the Aurora Ohio manufacturing facility.
