POSITION SUMMARY
This is position supporting the Executive Chef in the Kitchen with Administration. This is a position for 30 hours a week. Hours and days can be flexible and discussed at interview.
The Job will require the use of multiple systems so someone with strong skills with Microsoft Office is desirable. Duties will include.
Inputting Schedules Holidays and Bank Holidays.
Approving Time clocks against Schedules
Tracking The teams allowances for HR
Assist with ordering for the kitchen using Procurement systems
Accept invoices based on delivery notes or raise credit notes
Support with Health and safety such as daily fridge checks and Temperatures
Basic admin duties such as filing and printing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma
Related Work Experience: Administration in Kitchens Preferred
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
