Job Summary
Domestic Considerations RSDs: Provided with up to 88 RSD per annum hopefully consisting of at least 15 Basic Training delivery weekends delivered fortnightly (flexible for right applicant). Army Reserve post advertised and based at the Army training Centre Pirbright.
The role: Working to the level of SO3. Responsible for maintaining the professional standards a Continuous Improvement SME appropriate to the role.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all instructors (Inc Visiting Instructors (VIs)) conduct validation and maintain relevant records when completed.
- Act as a trainer mentor for Kohima Coy trainers support the development and continuous improvement of Kohima Coy trainers.
- Coordinate and plan Coy CPD and induction process for new Kohima Coy staff.
- Ensure training complies with all training directives/policy with special reference to the duty of care issues.
- Responsible for ensuring all instructors are suitably qualified and assisting the PSI to book courses.
- Carry out ATM duties.
- Advise on technical aspects of all lesson content.
- Assist the PSI in managing the Kohima Coy staff qualification matrix.
