Job Summary
Were looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for AI Data Engineering Data Science Business Intelligence and Software Engineering roles across LATAM. Youll partner closely with U.S.-based hiring managers and drive fast-paced high-volume recruiting for innovative tech teams.
This role also requires strong knowledge of the local Mexican market to help support the expansion and growth of our team in the region.
What youll do
Manage end-to-end recruiting across multiple technical roles and projects.
Handle a large and dynamic interview pipeline coordinating multiple stages project reviews and stakeholder meetings.
Source and interview candidates across LATAM using LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean searches and other sourcing platforms.
Conduct screenings to evaluate English fluency technical alignment and cultural fit.
Partner closely with U.S. hiring managers ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout all stages.
Lead and manage kick-off meetings and follow-up communication to maintain alignment with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS (SmartRecruiters experience is a strong plus).
Ensure an excellent candidate experience and consistent follow-through across all interactions.
Generate tech profiles and conduct ongoing searches for job references.
Support the growth of our talent efforts in Mexico by providing guidance and market insights to the team based on local recruiting knowledge.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated experience in high volume technical recruiting (AI Data or Software) across LATAM and global markets.
Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing including Boolean searches and advanced filters.
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume pipelines while maintaining quality and organization.
Strong communication coordination and stakeholder management across time zones.
Experience recruiting within the local Mexican market providing market insights and guidance to support team growth and regional expansion.
Proficient with AI sourcing and ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred).
Detail-oriented proactive and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
Background in Human Resources or related fields with a focus on transparent and effective recruiting practices.
