Hillcroft Primary is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Before and After School Club Manager to join our team on a permanent basis working 31.25 hours per week (7:009:30am and 2:306:15pm). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about creating a safe supportive and engaging wraparound care environment for our children. You will play a key role in leading the daytoday running of the club ensuring highquality provision that supports our pupils wellbeing enrichment and enjoyment before and after the school day.
Your opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the Before & After School Club at Hillcroft Primary creating a safe stimulating and nurturing environment for our children. As Before & After School Club Manager you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running and long-term development of the provision planning engaging activities promoting positive behaviour and ensuring high standards of care. You will also work closely with parents staff and the wider school community to support each childs wellbeing and development while overseeing administration safeguarding and staff supervision. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about making a difference in childrens lives within a supportive and collaborative school environment.
