The Opportunity
We are looking for aGlobal TalentSourcerto join our dynamic Sourcing team inBangalore. In this role you will play a critical part in building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies to supportNorth America hiring needsacross professional services and consulting roles. This position requires flexibility to workNorth America-friendly hoursto align with business needs and stakeholder collaboration.

WhatYoullDo
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Identifyand engage passive candidates through advanced search techniques social platforms and talent communities.
Leverage AI-driven tools and automation technologies to enhance sourcing efficiency candidate matching and market insights.
Build andmaintaintalent pipelines for critical roles in North America.
Screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit before submission.
Track and report sourcing metrics conversion rates and pipeline health.
Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Workday and other sourcing platforms.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor insights.
WhatYoullBring
Experience:3 years in talent sourcing or recruiting preferably in a global or professional services environment.
Skills:
Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
Familiarity withCRM processes and workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge: Understandingofprofessional services roles.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience sourcing for consulting orenergyroles.
Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies.
Data-driven approach to sourcing and pipeline management.
