Job Summary

As a Heavy Diesel & Construction Equipment Technician youll play a vital role in keeping heavy machinery and diesel-powered vehicles performing at their best.  Youll work across a range of construction equipment including cranes and Astra trucks with a primary focus on servicing and repairing Case Construction equipment ASV Loaders Dynapac rollers and a variety of other equipment as required. As the trusted expert youll diagnose issues and deliver efficient high-quality repairs.

What you will do:

  • Work on diesel engines transmissions hydraulic systems and electrical systems with precision and expertise.
  • Conduct inspections and services to keep equipment in top shape.
  • Support the development of apprentices through training mentoring
  • Build lasting relationships by explaining repairs providing recommendations and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications :

Were looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team someone who takes pride in hands-on work and solving complex mechanical challenges. The ideal candidate is technically strong detail-focused and thrives in a fast-paced practical environment.

  • Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic
  • Strong hands-on experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex faults across diesel engines hydraulic systems and electrical components using advanced diagnostic tools and software
  • Full Class 1 drivers licence (Class 2 WTRF an advantage)
