Job Summary:

The Emergency Management Program Manager is a healthcare professional responsible for leading system-wide initiatives focused on disaster readiness safety quality and performance improvement. This role provides strategic oversight and coordination of emergency preparedness efforts injury prevention community outreach and continuous quality improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare or related field
  • Demonstrates familiarity of emergency program operations hospital operations and exposure to emergency management processes and protocols.
  • Minimum of 3 years acute care critical and/or emergency experience. Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.

Preferred Requirements

  • Masters degree in Emergency Management
