Senior Health Planning & Architecture Professionals Expressions of Interest

With a number of significant health projects in our pipeline we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Senior Associates or Associates interested in discussing future roles we will have available in 2026.

As Senior Health Planner you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare environments. Your architectural experience and expertise will contribute to the creation of outstanding hospital projects enhancing the quality of patient care and healthcare delivery.

This is a senior specialist role within Hassells Health sector team.

Under the guidance of the Health Sector Leader and working closely with health specialists across our Australian studios you will provide expert clinical planning and health design input across a range of complex projects.

Qualifications :

About you

• An accomplished Senior Health Planner with a strong background in designing hospital projects with experience gained in multi-discilipinary or specialist architectural firms and a deep understanding of health facilities planning.
• You come with a wealth of experience in health planning gained in large or specialist architectural firms.
• Experience managing defined project deliverables programs and deadlines
• A client-focused collaborative approach to the design processes to achieve design excellence
• Contribute strong conceptual design thinking translating ideas into functional and buildable outcomes
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and consultants to resolve complex technical and clinical issues
• Significant experience in client focused Health Projects.
• Your experience in health facilities planning is invaluable reflecting your understanding of the complexities and intricacies of healthcare architecture.
• Strong capability in Revit
• Competency working with dRofus particularly in healthcare environments
• Master of Architecture (or equivalent) preferred
• Full Australian working rights or eligibility for a work visa and willingness to relocate within a 23-month period.

Your experience with Revit and ideally dRofus is an asset as it highlights your ability to manage project FFE and handle technical clinical requirements with precision.
