What you will be doing:

• Deliver personalized attentive and knowledgeable service that exceeds guest expectations
• Act as a passionate storyteller for Botanists menus ingredients and sustainability philosophy
• Guide guests through food and beverage selections offering thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain strong product knowledge of food cocktails wine and non-alcoholic offerings
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality
• Work collaboratively with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service
• Uphold all service standards health and safety guidelines and liquor licensing regulations
• Maintain a polished professional presence aligned with Botanists luxury brand
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
• A passion for hospitality food and exceptional guest service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume luxury environment
• Curiosity and interest in local ingredients sustainability and Pacific Northwest cuisine
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive professional attitude
• Serving It Right certification required
• Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury restaurant environment is an asset
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
