Atelier by Sofitel is a French-inspired restaurant championing the finest locally sourced and seasonal produce from Sydney NSW and across Australia. True to its name Atelier an artists workshop is a space where ideas are born flavours are refined and ingredients are transformed into moments of culinary theatre.

As Chef de Cuisine you will hold creative and operational ownership of our dining restaurant shaping menus mentoring talent and crafting memorable dining experiences that reflect both French elegance and modern Australian sensibility. You will balance artistry with commercial acumen driving profitability while fostering an engaged high-performing brigade.

Qualifications :

About You

To succeed in this highly sought-after role you will bring proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or in a comparable leadership position within a luxury or fine-dining environment. You possess impeccable personal presentation refined communication skills and an unwavering attention to detail.

Most importantly you take pride in building genuine relationships with your team your peers and your guests delivering experiences that embody French elegance sophistication and understated luxury.
