Your role:
- Daily financial reporting
- Cash handling including reconciliation refund processing and updating incoming merchant and customer payments using internal tools Oracle FIS and banking systems
- Resolving payment issues in close collaboration with international teams the Product team Oracle Finance teams as well as Sales and Operations teams
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation for auditors and tax authorities
Qualifications :
Required Competencies
- Completed professional education or studies with a focus on Finance Accounting or Payment Transactions
- First professional experience in finance accounting bookkeeping treasury or banking is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
- Very good English skills both written and spoken
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and accurate manner
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania Kompleksi Delijorgji Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
