Job Summary:The Warranty Administrator performs a wide range of administrative duties associated with vehicle warranties claims.
- Accurately coding warranty claims
- Processing warranty paperwork to ensure documentation and verifying criteria
- Reviewing warranty claims and correcting any errors
- Booking/coding warranty & internal repair orders
- Processing warranty paperwork to ensure documentation and verifying criteria required by factory or distributor
- Answer phone calls
