Were looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to support the day-to-day café operations deliver outstanding customer service and be a key part of our friendly team. What Youll Be Doing:
- Delivering top-tier customer service making every customer feel welcome and ensuring a friendly engaging atmosphere.
- Assisting with food & drink preparation supporting baristas and chefs in delivering fresh high-quality products.
- Keeping the café running smoothly helping with cleaning stock replenishment and general upkeep.
- Taking orders & serving customers ensuring fast and efficient service with a smile.
- Presenting products beautifully ensuring displays look abundant inviting and visually appealing.
- Maintaining health & safety standards ensuring the café remains clean safe and
- Bringing energy & enthusiasm supporting a positive team-focused work environment.
What Were Looking For:

- An eye for detail & presentation passionate about making food displays look delicious uniform and abundant.
- A hardworking & reliable individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A fast-paced operator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys variety.
- A flexible & adaptable attitude ready to work weekends and peak periods but no evenings.
- Previous customer service experience some experience in providing great customer experience is preferred - well provide full training!
