As General Manager you will lead the successful preopening and longterm performance of an exclusive luxury hotel in a landmark location. You hold full responsibility for the strategic financial and operational management of the hotel overseeing all front and backofhouse departments. You are committed to achieving strong financial strategic and operational performance while upholding brandstandards delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a respectful engaged team culture that reflects the values of Colbert Collection and its host country. Reporting directly to the SVP Luxury Hotels Europe & Americas you set the foundation for operational excellence brand positioning and an outstanding guest experience from day one.
In this senior leadership role you are responsible for setting and executing the hotel strategy delivering budgeted financial results and overseeing day to day operations through department heads. This role ensures strong owner relations effective sales and marketing positioning accurate revenue management continuous development of team capabilities and full implementation of corporate programmes and brand guidelines while encouraging a culture of initiative and continuous improvement.
